Getting Started

How do I create an account?

Account & Billing

How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a link to reset your password. The link expires after 24 hours for security.
Can I change my email address?
Yes, you can update your email address in your account settings. Go to Settings > Profile and click on your email to change it. You'll need to verify the new email address.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note this action is permanent and will remove all your data. We recommend exporting your data first.
